Nonrefundable Rate 100% of the total amount is required upon reservation.

Flex Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel up to 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival free of charge. Cancellations less then 30 days prior to scheduled arrivals will be charged 50% of the total cost of the reservation. No shows will be charged 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment Policy

  • 50% deposit is required upon booking. It can be paid via bank transfer or by credit card.
  • The remaining 50% balance is required 30 days prior to your arrival. It can be paid via bank transfer or by credit card.
  • If the reservation request is submitted within the 30 days prior to your arrival date, 100% payment is required.
  • If the amount owed is not paid by its due date, Skinos Ilivatos reserves the right to cancel the booking. Cancellation charges may apply as per cancelation policy.
  • A €1.000 damage deposit is required at check-in. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, after inspection of the accommodation.
  • Skinos Ilivatos reserves the right for pre-authorization of credit cards prior to arrival.

Terms & Conditions

  • Guests are responsible for reimbursement in case of any damage to the property during their stay.
  • We make every effort to ensure that the information provided about the property and the descriptions are accurate but in the event of unintentional errors, mistakes or omissions we accept no liability. In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond our control that would require a cancellation of the arrangements we reserve the right to refund or make alternative arrangements based on mutual agreement with the client.
  • You may not sub-let the property.
  • The pool is not gated; it is a primary condition of this reservation that your usage of the rental property and the pool is entirely at your own risk. Guests are specifically requested not to allow children or adult non-swimmers unsupervised access to the pool or use breakable materials in or around the pool.
  • Due to the eco friendliness of the villa, linen and towels are changed upon request.
  • Moreover, the villa has no air-conditioning allowing ceiling fans to cool the rooms.
